Here’s something I got in my inbox some time ago. I thought it would be fun to share:
“Mr. Allen Swift of Springfield , MA received this 1928 Rolls-Royce Picadilly P1 Roadster from his father, brand new - as a graduation gift in 1928. He drove it up until his death last year…at the age of 102!!!
He was the oldest living owner of a car from new. Just thought you’d like to see it. He donated it to a  Springfield  museum after his death.
It has 170,000 miles on it, still runs like a Swiss watch, dead silent at any speed and is in perfect cosmetic condition. 82 years… That’s approximately 2000 miles per year.”

The date is wrong on this picture. This has the Austin 1100 (between the 1963 Porsche & the 1957 Chevy.) We drove that car starting in London—where it was bought new—France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Chez, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Afganistan into Pakistan. Then we had it shipped to Dacca because we were not allowed to drive through India.
The car on the near left is a 1965 Galaxie and if you look really closely, the car on the far left corner at the very back is a 1957 T-Bird.
